Champs Sports at 3700 Rivertown Parkway, Grandville, Michigan.

Horrible store staff!!! She must be the store manager, because she had such bad attitudes. I was at the store in Rivertown crossing mall with my friends. We all tried on a jacket, later purchased 4 jackets. My husband went to try hats on. She came up to us and said " I spent 3 hrs sorting these hats. Hopefully nobody mess them up".
My husband gave her the hat that he didn't want to purchase. She took the hat and threw it on the counter where the cash registers are with attitude .
Dear Champs Sports! There is a reason you guys are going out of business. I have never been to retail stores where they don't like customers to go through their merchandise. Beside, we didn't left her with a mess. It is her job and the staffs to make sure merchandise area sorting nice and neat!
